- Targeted Service Level Agreement (SLA)
At the start of your agreement we provide an SLA and agree with you how quickly you need us to respond to any future problems you may face. Utilising our in-house help-desk we can measure our success in delivering this service and provide regular feedback through termly review meetings to ensure consistent support.
- Your calls answered quickly
We know how difficult it is to try and place calls between lesson times so we introduced a policy to ensure all calls are answered within three rings, giving you the time to focus on what you do best: providing quality teaching and learning.
- No lengthy contracts
We want our schools to stay with us because they like what we do, not because they are tied into a long term contract. Our standard contract length is 1 year to give you the flexibility to choose Computer Talk year-after-year. We want to consistently prove to you that our primary focus is doing the best we can for your school, and believe that annual contracts are a good way to show this. However, if you are looking to reduce cost we can offer you a saving by committing to a 3-year agreement but maintaining the option to cancel at the end of each 12-month term.
