How do we help?

• A member of our support team will talk with you to determine the nature of the problem.
• Once this has been determined a Computer Talk technician will advise you on the best course of action.
• If this is remote assistance, with your permission, our engineer will be in a position to view your screen and share control of your keyboard and mouse.
• At all times, you remain in full control of your computer. You are able to terminate the session at any time, as you maintain control of your keyboard and mouse.
• No additional plug-ins or downloads are required for this session, and nothing will be left on your computer after Computer Talk terminate the session
